Ginger Pumpkin Mocktail
This mocktail is perfect for Fall! Pumpkin has Vitamins A and C, as well as anti-inflammatory properties. It's both delicious and good for you!
2 tbsp pumpkin purée
4 tbsp apple cider
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
1 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled
1-2 cans apricot flavored sparkling water
2 HOLISTIK Wellness stress STIKs
a few: ice cubes
2 cinnamon sticks
Add pumpkin purée, apple cider, ginger, and ground cinnamon in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously to combine ingredients.
- Strain the pumpkin mix into 2 glasses with ice.
Add a HOLISTIK Wellness stress STIK to each glass. Stir until dissolved.
Pour apricot sparkling water over the top until glass is filled.
Add cinnamon sticks.
Instead of using apricot sparkling water, you can use plain sparkling water if you prefer.
