Ingredients

2 tsp, dried chamomile

1 tsp, dried lavender (culinary grade)

2 cups, water

1 tsp, raw honey

1 STIK, HOLISTIK sleep

1 tsp, fennel seeds (optional)
Directions
If using fennel seeds, crush with mortar and pestle.
Bring water to a boil.
Add chamomile, lavender, and fennel to tea ball or tea strainer, steep for 8-10 minutes.
Pour tea into tea cups.
PEEL and STIR 1 HOLISTIK sleep STIK into each cup. Enjoy, sweet dreams!
Recipe Note
Add a dash of honey for an extra hint of sweet.
Use a pre-blended chamomile/lavender tea bag for a faster route.
