Refreshing Blueberry Ginger Cooler
Summer days getting hot? Thinking a cold beverage is the only way to cool off? Blueberry ginger sugar syrup combines with lemon lime sparkling water in this refreshing cooler! Its unique flavor profile makes this drink a perfect and special way to cool down on hot days!
This drink takes some extra time to prepare but we promise, well worth it. Not only is it refreshing but you'll be the envy of the party with this beautiful drink and it's vibrant, natural colors.
This low sugar mocktail is perfect for a long day. Make a pitcher, bring it to the pool for all your friends, they are going to love you. Enjoy!
34 oz, water
1 ¼ cups, fresh blueberries
1 heaping tbsp, grated ginger
4-5 tbsp, sugar
2-3 cans, lemon-lime sparking water (unsweetened)

lots of, ice cubes
a handful, mint leaves
Add water, blueberries and grated ginger to a pan on medium high heat. Let it all come to a boil.
Once the mixture starts boiling, add sugar and mix until it dissolves.
Lower the heat. Using the back of a spatula, mash the blueberries. Let the mixture simmer for another 10-15 minutes.
Remove from heat. Once the syrup has cooled down, cover it with a cling sheet and let sit at room temperature for 2-3 hours. (This is important so that the flavors mix-in well.)
After 2-3 hours, strain the syrup into a clear bowl. At this point you can cover and keep it refrigerate until ready to use.
To serve the blueberry ginger cooler, fill 2/3 of a glass with the syrup, and add ice cubes. POP and POUR 1 HOLISTIK Wellness recover STIK. Use the STIK to Stir until fully dissolved.
Top off with lemon-lime sparkling water. Garnish with blueberries and mint and enjoy!
